An invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place or circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle but will never break.---Based on an ancient Chinese belief

We decided in April of 2006 to adopt a little boy from China. He lives in Hubei province and turned 2 years old this year. He is a special needs child, missing the lower portion of his right arm. We hope to travel to China in the fall or winter of 2006 to bring him home. This blog is here to keep interested friends and family informed of our progress. The paper chase is well under way.
